In order to define new goals for your company you need to
connect them via this endpoint.
See /goals for a list of all the goals that
you can choose from.
Once a new goal is linked, all previously linked goals will
have status = archived(2). The endpoint is idempotent i.e.
you can add a goal even if it is already linked to
the spaceship. The goal is then reactivated (status = new(1))
and all other types are archived.
